CED Law offers legal guidance and representation to homeowners, mobile homeowners, and tenants facing foreclosure, eviction, and other threats to housing stability. CED Law also engages in impact and multi-plaintiff affirmative litigation to tackle systemic issues faced by our clients. Our innovative model, which involves close coordination between the CEDP Programs and CED Law, provides an ideal launching pad for these efforts.
