The Community Economic Defense Project provides rental assistance, legal assistance/representation, and resource navigation for clients facing eviction, housing security, and other types of economic hardship.

We provide assistance for eligible clients applying for public benefits (such as SSI, SSDI, SNAP, AND, OAP, and Medicaid) or appealing a decision.

 

I’m a homeowner or a mobile homeowner and would like to attend a free virtual legal information session

We offer free legal information sessions to help homeowners and mobile homeowners learn more about their property rights, mobile home evictions, the foreclosure process, and/or living in an HOA.
