The Community Economic Defense Project provides rental assistance, legal assistance/representation, and resource navigation for clients facing eviction, housing security, and other types of economic hardship.

 

The Community Economic Defense Project (CEDP) has become aware of a fraudulent scheme involving individuals falsely claiming to represent our organization. These individuals have been contacting tenants in need of rental assistance, offering financial aid and legal support in exchange for payment.

Important Notice:

🔹 CEDP does not charge fees for rental assistance or legal services.
🔹 All official communications from CEDP will come from an @cedproject.org or @cedlaw.org email address.
🔹 We do not conduct business via WhatsApp or personal email accounts.

Please contact the CARE Center by calling 1 (303) 838-1200, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time to get information about support that may be available.
