CED Law
CED Law offers legal guidance and representation to homeowners, mobile homeowners, and tenants facing foreclosure, eviction, and other threats to housing stability. CED Law also engages in impact and multi-plaintiff affirmative litigation to tackle systemic issues faced by our clients. Our innovative model, which involves close coordination between the CEDP Programs and CED Law, provides an ideal launching pad for these efforts.
Our team of attorneys and legal experts are dedicated to ensuring clients know their rights and have the resources they need to pursue a just outcome.

If we do not have the capacity to represent you or you are outside of our service area, we may make referrals to other legal aid organizations around the state.
For homeowners who are facing a foreclosure or other legal action from their lender, HOA, or
any other threat to their homeownership. Additionally, for homeowners who have a complaint
against their lender, servicer, or HOA.
For mobile homeowners who have concerns about their park conditions, violations of the
Mobile Home Park Act, or other legal issues beyond eviction for lack of lot rent payment
For mobile homeowners facing an eviction from their lot for alleged failure to pay their rent or
other alleged rule violations issues.

Para propietarios de casas móviles que tienen inquietudes sobre las condiciones de su

Doors open at 9:00am. TRUA is rental assistance that is available to residents of Denver county only, but legal services are open to all. There will be no one-on-one attorney consultations, but an attorney will provide a presentation regarding tenants rights with general information.
