Head of Eviction Prevention Programs

Shauna Alvillar is Director of Rental Assistance. She manages and supports a team of passionate and dedicated Tenant Advocates that process emergency rental applications, support tenants through housing insecurities, and so much more.

Before joining CEDP Shauna worked closely in the affordable housing industry with dedication to marginalized communities. She volunteers with the Harm Reduction Action Center as well as other non-profits throughout the state. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a minor in English.

When not working, you can find her playing with her two corgis and charcoal lab. She has a love for Maui, family, culture and is part of the LGBT+ community.
