Director of Eviction Defense

Antonio Bendezu is a Director of Eviction Defense at CED Law.  He supervises and assists a team of lawyers that provides legal representation to low-income tenants facing eviction and other housing instabilities.  Antonio is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.  His career has included practice in a variety of areas, such as real estate transactions and litigation, veterans’ disability benefits, in-house corporate counsel and regulatory compliance, commercial transactions and litigation, and immigration law.  He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994 and from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1997.  He enjoys fishing, camping, woodworking and exploring the national forests in northern Colorado.
